  • 4.What countries or regions do you ship to?

    We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

  • 1. How do I check my order status?

    Envytoppers Orders are processed Monday through Friday excluding weekends and holidays. Tracking information is sent via email on the day that the order is shipped out.

  • 2.Can I make changes or cancel my order?

    Please e-mail [email protected] with your order number and your request to change or cancel and we will try to accommodate your request before your order enters processing at our warehouse. If your order is already in processing at our warehouse or has been shipped, we will not be able to change or cancel it.

  • 3.When will I receive my order?

Return And Exchange Policy FAQ’s

  • 1.Can I return or exchange my Order?

    Yes, We accept returns on all eligible products. Please see our Return Policy.

  • 2.What is the return or exchange period?

    We will provide a refund on unopened products within 3 days from the delivered date.

  • 3.May I return my products without contacting you?

    You must contact us prior to sending your return, please note that refunds for merchandise returned without contacting us cannot be guaranteed.

  • 4.Do I have to pay for the shipping of my return?

    Yes, all customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs.

Hair Suitability And Care FAQ’S

  • 1.Should I wash my hair before I install it?

    Our hair is very clean and neat, but the shipping process sometimes flattens the hair and a nice wash with soft shampoo can really bring it back to life.

  • 2.How often should I wash my topper?

    This largely depends on how often you wear them. You can probably use your best judgement in how often to wash them. Try not wash your toppers often, because unlike your natural hair, these toppers will not collect the natural oil from your scalp.

    If you are still unsure how often you should wash your toppers, then please wash your toppers every 2–4 weeks or wash them when they look dirty, lifeless, have product build up or smell. Wash your toppers with the 100% sulfate-free shampoo that’s specially designed for toppers. This is the most effective and mildest way to make your toppers stay moisture.

    We don’t recommend blow drying your hair if you can avoid it. However, if you are looking to wear the toppers immediately after and would like to dry them quickly, make sure to use heat-protection spray to extend the lifespan of your toppers whenever you use a thermal styling tool.

  • 3.How to care my human hair system?

    Treat this hair just as if it was your own hair. Use good quality shampoo and conditioning products. Conditioning your hair extension is very important to keep it soft and manageable, so use leave in conditioners.

  • 4.Can I bathe, shower, swim, go out in the wind and rain, and play sports with my hair systems?

    We don't recommend to wear it while sleeping, as this can cause excessive tangling, it will damage your hair. While you can get your hair extensions wet, it is best not to shower with them on. They should be shampooed and conditioned separately. It's best not to wear your hair systems while swimming. Because our hair system are made of 100% natural hair and exposure to chlorine will strip the hair of it's moisture just like it does to your hair.

  • 1.How do I ensure I'm picking the right colour?

    To ensure you're choosing the right colour, use the middle to the ends of your hair as a reference – not your roots. If you're still torn between two colours, opt for the lighter shade as extensions can be dyed darker. If you can't decide, please send a picture of your hair color to our email: [email protected], We will help you.

  • 2.What quality is your hair? I've heard of differen grades of hair like Brazillian and European. What grade is yours?

    So here's the tea... 'Brazillian grade', 'Euro hair' and other words like this you may have heard, are actually just fancy marketing terms that were made up by the hair industry and don't refer to the origin of the hair at all. What this really refers to is the coarseness/texture of the hair. It's a little complicated and so many voices say different things. At EnvyToppers, we have the highest quality 100% remy human hair. "Remy" means that the cuticle of the hair is in tact and is all going the same direction in your piece. This is crucial for the hair to remain smooth and tangle free and last a long time. Our hair is sourced globally, is strong and healthy and the texture is smooth and silky. The hair strands are quite fine but not the finest, whispiest hair grade as we prefer our hair to be able to hold a style.

  • 3.Can I color, tone, or bleach my toppers?

    You may color, tone, or bleach your toppers, because they are 100% human hair. But we do not recommend bleaching your envytoppers as they have already been dyed at our manufacture, and forcing bleach on hair that has already been dyed can be difficult.

    If you truly want to bleach your toppers, please consider our virgin hair with natural color and not color-treated before. If you would like to dye your hair, please opt for a lighter one to dye darker, rather than a darker one to bleach lighter.

    And please be reminded that never try to dye the topper yourself at home. Get yourself a professional hair colorist, ideally, someone who has had previous experience working with toppers.

  • 4.Can you help me find my perfect hair system?

    Yes, we supply free support throughout the whole order making process. Our customer team is here to assist with personalized consultations. We can analyze your texture, color, length, and volume, to give you recommendations on which hair will help you achieve your desired look. We'll even send you pictures of the exact hair we have in mind, so you can love the texture and color before we ship it out to you!

  • 5.Can I choose custom made? Where should I start and what steps do I take?

    Sure, in addition to our pre-made hair systems. we offer custom made orders for women's hair replacement. You can have any length, density you want, or even the color you always dreamed of. All hairpiece on our website can be custom ordered to suit your individual needs at affordable price. Once ready for a custom order, please send an email to [email protected] to get started. In your email, please include Cap type you prefer/Cap size for toppers/Your desired color/Hair length you want, if you have any specific requests, for example, no comb/all clips, poly strip front, lace front, etc., please also include it in your email.

  • 6.Do you have a wholesale program?

  • 7.Is the picture on your website exactly the same as what I'll receive?

    Theoretically speaking is it! But we do not rule out the frequency of computer display and the extrusion during shipping bring in some differences. If this happened, we suggest you take care the wig first then wear it. If you can't do it well, you also can go to a professional hairdresser.
